WHAT IT IS
Indigenous to Morocco, Argan oil is one of the rarest and most expensive oils in the world, produced exclusively from fruit… of the Argan Tree. The yellow coloured, apricot sized fruit contains a nut that is hand-cracked and physically removed by local Berber women in fair trade cooperatives. Inside the nut contains 2-3 kernels which contains this precious oil; the extraction begins!
WHAT IT DOES
Lovingly referred to as “Liquid Gold”, it exceptionally rich in Vitamin E, twice the amount as olive oil, which help stop free radical damage and reduces wrinkles and fine lines. Psoriasis, eczema, acne and unwanted scars are improved by the oils topical application. 80% of the oil are made up of unsaturated essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid, Omega 6 and Omega 9 which improves the metabolism of the skin, promotes moisture retention and reduces inflammation. Argan Oil is well-known for its anti-aging, antioxidant and moisturising properties, making it one of the hottest ingredients to have been introduced to the beauty industry for a long time.
